Jenna earned her master’s degree from Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and has graduated from the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy (ICP) Trauma Studies and Trauma Master Course Post Graduate Programs. Jenna specializes in attachment-based wounds, understanding procedural behavioral and thought patterns that can impact your lens of the world. Jenna uses her training to create a holistic, hands-on approach to therapy to establish an individual plan for each of her clients to help deepen their understanding and build new responses to others and the world.
Jenna also focuses on using the body’s wisdom as a tool for intuitive healing and bringing light to how resilient humans are. Jenna will weave mindfulness practices throughout the session to help slow down and provide room for the body to communicate with the mind.
