Juliette is a licensed clinical social worker. She earned her master’s degree from the University at Buffalo School of Social Work. She considers human behavior and emotions through the lens of attachment theory and utilizes an individualized approach to treatment, incorporating skills from Motivational Interviewing and CBT into her work. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming and deeply values the importance of social justice—she understands and acknowledges the impact of oppression on individuals and communities. Juliette has had extensive experience in a variety of settings including a hospital emergency room, an inpatient psychiatric unit, and an outpatient addictions clinic. She has particular experience with adolescents and young adults, families, survivors of trauma, substance abuse, women’s issues, and grief and loss.
