Jenna D’Anna, LCSW
Jenna D’Anna is a supervising clinician and trauma specialist. She believes in a humanistic perspective to meet each individual where they are, building the relationship through compassion, curiosity, and humor. Jenna hopes to help you break away from patterns you feel confined to and challenge you to become a more liberated you. Your work together will build a foundation of trust and safety from within that will allow you to access your authentic self. Together you will understand how your past experiences impact your present and use the therapeutic relationship to create real change that can help restore feelings of hope that may feel distant to you now.
Jenna specializes in attachment-based wounds, understanding procedural behavioral and thought patterns that can impact your lens of the world. Jenna uses her training to create a holistic, hands-on approach to therapy to establish an individual plan for each of her clients to help deepen their understanding and build new responses to others and the world.
Jenna also focuses on using the body’s wisdom as a tool for intuitive healing and bringing light to how resilient humans are. Jenna will weave mindfulness practices throughout the session to help slow down and provide room for the body to communicate with the mind.
