Daniel Solti, PsyD
Dr. Daniel Solti is a post-doctoral psychologist who specializes in trauma therapy. He believes in a trauma-informed approach to treating root issues and takes a humanistic perspective to treatment. Dr. Solti believes that addressing the fundamental theme of enhancing belonging, connection to self and others, is crucial to enhancing mental health, well-being and quality of life. Furthermore, his work with clients helps them access their authentic self, which is central to healing from trauma, living a life adherent with their values and connecting with their sense of purpose. Together, client and therapist utilize the therapeutic relationship to process and heal from wounds.
Dr. Solti believes that treatment is not a one-size-fits-all approach. He tailors treatment to each client’s specific needs, while emphasizing compassion and nonjudgment to establish a sense of safety, belonging, and embodiment. He specializes in treating attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. He also utilizes a holistic approach, integrating mind, body, and spirit to help clients access their inner wisdom.
Dr. Solti graduated from Nova Southeastern University. His experience spans community mental health, private practice, university counseling centers, and a suicide hotline. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, going on walks, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and his family’s dog.
